Our Information Security Policy

TS EN ISO 27001 Information Security Management System focuses on ensuring the security of all information assets in the services provided by DEEPTECH Universe. These assets include people, infrastructure, software, hardware, customer information, company data, third-party information, and financial resources. The goal of this process is to demonstrate proper information security management, ensure risk management, measure the performance of information security processes, and regulate relationships with third parties.

The purpose of the ISMS Policy is to protect DEEPTECH Universe’s information assets against any threats, whether internal or external, intentional or unintentional. It also aims to ensure proper access to information for business processes, comply with legal regulations, and maintain the continuity of the three fundamental principles of the Information Security Management System.

Confidentiality: Preventing unauthorized access to critical information.
Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
Availability: Ensuring that authorized personnel can access information when needed.

Additionally, not only electronically stored data but also information in written, printed, verbal, and other formats must be securely protected.

Actions to be taken:

  • Conduct Information Security Management training for all personnel to raise awareness.

  • Report any actual or suspected security breaches to the ISMS Team for investigation by the ISMS Coordinator.

  • Develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans.

  • Conduct periodic assessments to identify risks, review action plans, and ensure follow-ups.

  • Prevent any conflicts or disputes arising from contracts.

  • Ensure that access to information and information systems aligns with business requirements.
